The Client agrees that we provide the Services to it and is entitled to use social media advertising to manage and attempt to improve the performance of the Client's advertising campaigns within the agreed channels.
For the provision of these services, the "Client" agrees to provide, where applicable: channel page login details, copy ad creation advice.
The Client acknowledges the following in relation to the Services:
*The Company has no control over the Channels policies regarding the types of sites and/or content they accept now or in the future.
*The selection of targets to be used for the Channels is at the discretion of the "Company".
*Once the Client has prepaid the Company's invoice including media spend in advance, the media spend may be paid directly to the Client directly to Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or WeChat, or the Company may pay on the Client's behalf.
The Client acknowledges that the Company will provide the agreed number of advertising variations for the Client's approval. Standard advertising revisions are one per round unless the parties agree otherwise. Any further revisions to a specific AD variation may incur an additional charge and will be added to the Client's next invoice. This charge will need to be disclosed to the Client by the Campaign Manager and will need to be approved after subsequent revisions are executed.
All of the following provisions set out in this Section 5 shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
